We see Clade as a club—a group of individuals sharing a common identity and forming narratives and aspirations to design and engage with world-changing ideas. It continuously evolves and changes with every creative encounter, growing with each participant’s imagination as a community, like a living, evolving micro-organism.

Core of Clade's philosophy is the belief in the profound ability of humans to translate, transform, and manifest their visions. Each expression is a unique imprint, and when we collaborate, we create something greater than the sum of our parts. Trust is the foundation of this cooperation, underpinning humanity's greatest achievements from empires to inventions.

Decentralized Everything

Clade is on a quest to explore methods for decentralizing resources through innovative governance approaches.

We recognize that systems are not monolithic and that decentralizing some elements while centralizing others can yield diverse and sometimes contradictory outcomes. So, there is no one-size-fits-all solution for managing intangible assets like culture, cooperation, and trust.

We need diverse solutions, and to achieve that, we are trying to develop interdisciplinary approaches working together with from design, art, sociology.

We will use various theories on decentralization with an interdisciplinary approach and argue how we can find solutions to use common resources more equitably with great coordination games.

We are aspiring for a decentralized future society; Our focus on reality and seek ways to transform existing organizations while creating new ones.

While Web3 infrastructures and blockchain technology could solve many coordination needs for society’s coordination failures, it is crucial to make those technologies and infrastructures accessible to the active actors of society. Our club also investigates local and practical cases around the world about the decentralization of things.
